1. Introduction to Terms & Conditions
We operate the website www.pinglepie.com (the “Website”). We are Pingle Pie.
If you are a consumer, references in these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) to “you” mean the individual using our Website and purchasing the products listed on our Website (“Products”) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, explain information about us and the legal terms on which we sell Products to you. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Website Use together form the “Agreement.”
By using the Website and ordering a Product from us, you agree to enter into a contract with Pingle Pie under these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website.
Please note that we may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website.
2. Placing an order
How a Contract is Formed.
A contract for the purchase of a Product is created as follows:
Placing an Order
To place an order, you must first select your chosen product design and submit an order form via the relevant product page on our Website.Quotation and Payment
We will send you a quote or invoice via email through our invoicing partner, Dubsado. If you are happy with the quote, you must confirm it by clicking the link provided to make payment. Payment is completed via Stripe or PayPal, who handle all payment information.For some orders, such as custom designs, payment may be split into two parts (one before design and one before print). The total amount due will always be clearly stated on your quote and invoice, and the full balance must be paid before printing and dispatch.
Acceptance of Order
By confirming your order, you agree to purchase the Product (personalised or non-personalised) that you have selected. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email, at which point the contract becomes legally binding on both you and us.Dispatch of Order
Once your order has been dispatched, either physically or digitally, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.Order Rejection
In some circumstances, we may need to reject an order. If this happens, we will contact you and refund your payment. Orders may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:• Payment authorisation cannot be obtained;
• A relevant pricing or product description error;
• The order breaches any of these Terms;
• We suspect the order has been placed fraudulently.

We make every effort to display our Products accurately on the Pingle Pie website. However, there may occasionally be slight variations in colour, fonts, or layout.
The prices shown on the Website are subject to change, and we reserve the right to update them at any time. In rare cases, a Product may be listed at an incorrect price. If this happens, we will correct the error as quickly as possible and notify you of the correct price before you make payment. We are not obliged to provide a Product at the incorrect price, even after an Order Confirmation Email has been sent, if the pricing error is clear and could reasonably be recognised by you as a mistake.
Pingle Pie is not responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or taxes that may be applied when a parcel reaches its destination country. If you are concerned about potential import costs, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
