Your stationery will be personalised by me, and you’ll receive design proofs via email to check and approve before your final files are supplied. No physical stationery will be sent.

WORDING & DESIGN PROOFS: I’ll send you a wording form within 1 working day of ordering, followed by your design proofs within 3 working days of receiving your wording. You’ll have the chance to make amendments before approving your final proofs.

ILLUSTRATION TYPE: Each illustration type (eg, venue, pet, icon, table name), needs to be ordered separately - simply add as many as you need to your basket.
ICON ILLUSTRATIONS: one small object or detail such as an animal, food, drink - not suitable for portraits or larger scenes.
TABLE NAME ILLUSTRATIONS: For table name illustrations, please order 1 per table. Your table name cards and table plan will be designed to match.
PHOTOS: can be emailed to me at kim@pinglepie.com once your order has been placed.
DESIGN PROOFS: We’ll adjust your design to reflect your chosen illustrated additions. You’ll receive an email (within 5 working days), showing how your stationery will look, to make sure that you are 100% happy, before approving the final version.
