Collection Design & Customisation:

I recommend ordering one invitation per household, with 5-10 extras for keepsakes, photographs or in case of lost invitations in the post. This ensures you have enough for everyone without running short.

Most products have a minimum order quantity of 30. Additional quantities cannot be added later unless you place another minimum order. There are price breaks at higher quantities, so it is usually more cost-effective to order everything you need upfront. I’m happy to advise on the right quantity for your guest list.

Yes. You will receive digital proofs of your stationery before printing. This allows you to check every detail, request adjustments, and approve the design with confidence.

You can personalise your stationery in several ways to make it uniquely yours. This includes colours, fonts, paper shapes, and custom illustrations such as your venue, a map, a pet, or other meaningful imagery. You will receive digital proofs to review before printing, and minor adjustments can be made to ensure everything is exactly as you want.

Customisation may add a little extra time to your order. I will provide guidance on the timeline at the quoting stage based on the options you choose.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a wording file to complete. Please ensure all names and details are final and checked before submitting, as changes cannot be made after proof approval.
Custom Designs:

Custom designs start at £300, plus any additional costs for custom illustrations and printing. The final price will be confirmed before you book your design.

Custom designs must be booked in advance and typically take 1–2 months from start to final dispatch. Only a limited number of custom designs are accepted each year to ensure each project receives the care and attention it deserves.

To secure a custom design, please complete the form on our Custom Design page. We will provide a quote and timeline, and a design deposit (£300 plus any illustration fees) is required to confirm your booking.

You will receive digital proofs for review before printing. Amendments can be made to ensure the final design is exactly as you want.

A custom design includes a fully personalised stationery layout tailored to your chosen style. You can customise colours, fonts, shapes, and include bespoke illustrations such as your venue, floral elements, or meaningful motifs. Digital proofs are provided so you can review and approve the design before it goes to print.

Providing inspiration or reference images is helpful but optional. The more information you give, the more personalised your design will be.
Digital Files - to Print Your Own:

Our Digital File option provides a high-resolution, print-ready version of your stationery. You can print it yourself at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer. This option is perfect if you’d like full control over printing or prefer a more flexible, DIY approach.

You will receive a high-resolution digital file of your approved stationery, ready to print at home, at a local printer, or through an online print service.

Adjustments, such as text and colour edits, can be made before the file is delivered. I can also add personalised illustration to your files for you such as your venue, a map, a pet, or other meaningful imagery.
You will receive digital proofs to review, and minor adjustments can be made to ensure everything is exactly as you want.
Once the final file is sent, it cannot be altered without additional design work.

Once your design is approved, your files are delivered digitally within 1–2 business days, so you can start printing straight away.
Illustration Services:

Yes. You can order a standalone illustration to include in your own stationery or design projects.

Yes. I create bespoke illustrations for stationery designers and creatives, tailored to your needs. Usage and licensing are agreed in advance.

Illustrations are delivered as high-resolution digital files, ready for use in your own designs or printing.

Illustration timelines vary depending on complexity, but most standalone illustrations are completed within 1–2 weeks from the start of the project.
Shipping & Turnaround:

Yes, we ship internationally. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Collections: Dispatch 3-4 weeks from order to delivery.
For on the day products, please order 7-8 weeks before your wedding to ensure your items arrive 1-2 weeks before the wedding date.
Adding illustrations or other personalisation may add extra time to the final dispatch.
Custom Designs: Dispatch 1-2 months and must be booked in advance.

All printed stationery is sent directly from our professional printer via tracked delivery.
Colour envelopes and colour place cards will be sent separately.
Ordering & Payment:

Payment is made securely via Stripe or PayPal. Full payment is required before printing.
For custom designs, a design deposit will be required, with the balance due before final approval.

Cancellations are accepted before proof approval only. Once a proof is approved, the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or printed incorrectly. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
