Q | What are your turnaround times?

Please note that design time for custom orders can take up to 10 days

2 working days for proof to be sent via email
1 working day for amendments to be sent via email
7-10 working days for dispatch once approval to print has been made
2-5 working days for delivery from notice of dispatch

All Wedding stationery orders will be dispatched with a Royal Mail service.


Q | How do I submit my personalised wording?

Pop us an email to pinglepie@googlemail.com whenever you have your wording ready, we will keep your order on hold until we hear from you. Be sure to check your spellings and grammar before hitting the send button, this will save time at proofing stage. Once you have sent your wording to us you will receive a digital proof, in PDF format. You should thoroughly check the proof as soon as possible and reply with any amendments or feedback - such as a go ahead to print! If you have opted for a belly band or place card which include a guest name printing service, please send us an excel spreadsheet with the names for each invitation / place card in one cell. 
 

Q | I’ve got some specific wording in mind, can this be accommodated?

It certainly can be! We'll print your wording, your way. Just let us know the exact wording that you would like to use and we will send you a digital proof, in PDF format. You should thoroughly check the proof as soon as possible and reply with any amendments or feedback - such as a go ahead to print!
 

Q | Can you print in other languages?

We can print in any language as long as you email it exactly as it needs to be printed, including all spaces and returns for new lines. Once you have sent your wording to us you will receive a digital proof, in PDF format. You should thoroughly check the proof as soon as possible and reply with any amendments or feedback - such as a go ahead to print! 
 

Q | When should I order my stationery?

For more information on when to order your stationery take a look at our note on When to Order.

A note on ordering 'on the day' stationery: We advise that on the day wedding stationery should be ordered at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding date. We will always advise you of the latest date that your items need be approved. This approval date MUST be met in order for your order to be fulfilled, despatched and delivered in good time for your wedding day. Any failure of items being received by yourselves as a result of failure to meet the given approval date will not qualify for a refund of any kind by Pingle Pie.

Q | I like one of your designs but I’d prefer it in another colour…

This is not a problem, we can easily change the colours of all designs, at no extra cost - just make a note in the additional comments box at checkout & we will send a digital proof, in PDF format.

N.B Smaller fonts are best suited to darker shades, we are happy to advise further on this given your chosen font. Please note that colour will vary from screen to screen & that it's a suggestion of the colour theme that you're after with your wedding stationery.
 

Q | I Have a specific design in mind...

Send us a description of your ideas, including any sketches that you have. Let us know exactly which stationery pieces you require, including quantity and we can get back to you with a quote. If you are happy with the quote received, payment should be made before we begin the design and proofing process.
 

Q | I need to cancel my order - wedding collections…

If you have informed me of a cancellation before sign off for printing, then your order will be voided and 100% of funds returned to your account within 10 working days. Unfortunately, if you have already signed off for print then a cancellation cannot be accommodated.
 

Q | I need to cancel my order - custom designs…

Cancellation of a bespoke order will incur a charge for work which has already been completed on the project. This normally will amount to 20% of the total cost. A refund of the remaining sum owed will be made into your account within 10 days. Unfortunately no cancellation can be made once proofs have been signed off for printing.
 

Q | Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no specific minimum quantity at the time although it is advisable to order a few extras to avoid incurring additional postage costs.
