INVITATION CARDS: Invitations are supplied with luxury envelopes, add address labels and envelope liners for a touch of opulence. GUEST NAME & PARCEL BUNDLE OPTIONS: Build up the elements within the parcel bundle to create something unique to your personal style and budget. For total sumptuousness, choose the full parcel bundle and add tags with guest names to the front of each. RSVPS: We print a returns address onto each RSVP postcard, as well as a small space for a postage stamp. If you'd prefer to have an envelope supplied then please let us know as this can be accommodated for you. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Additional information can be printed on the reverse side of each invitation card, or we can print them onto a separate card altogether.

ORDER OF SERVICE BOOKLETS: Our A5 order of service booklets include a 250gsm outer cover, either 4 or 8 150gsm insert pages are stapled within. Choose to add twine / ribbon / thread. ORDER OF THE DAY CARDS: Each order of the day come with a personalised timeline of your wedding day. MENU CARDS: Add a menu choice card with each invitation or choose to place a couple on each table at your wedding breakfast. TABLE NUMBER / NAME CARDS: Our table number / name cards are supplied with double sided printing. If your table names are unusually long, we will upgrade to a larger card size at no additional cost - we will advise on this at proofing stage. TABLE PLAN CARDS: Our table plans are supplied as individual card sets for a number of reasons. Firstly, they're much easier to post and transport this way and secondly because it enables you to be as creative as you like in the displaying of your seating chart. We will supply up to 12 table cards and a title card, which is the perfect fit for an A1 frame, or you can take a look here for some other imaginative ideas. FOLDED PLACE CARDS: Each place card will come printed with individual guest names and will stand beautifully at each place setting. FAVOUR TAGS: The perfect keepsake of your day - each favour tag will be personalised with your names and wedding date and will be finished with complimentary ribbon/twine/thread. OR If you'd prefer to use these small favour tags as place settings, each will come addressed to your guests with their names printed onto each card alongside a small thank you note. Please note that these cards are single sided, to be used as favour cards OR place cards. TABLE SIGNS: We will happily accommodate any wording suggestions that you have for these A5 table signs, in the past they've been used for vows and readings, sweet treat tables, post box signs etc.

Save the Dates should be sent 6-12 months before the date of the wedding. For weddings abroad we would advise sending them slightly sooner, at the 12-18 month mark, to allow guests to book travel/accommodation etc. It is customary for wedding invitation cards to be sent out approximately 3 months before the wedding day. If you are marrying abroad then you may want to lengthen this timescale to 6 months before your wedding date. Stationery for your wedding day must be ordered at least 1 month before your wedding date - or if you're marrying abroad, 1 month before the date that you travel. If you live outside of the UK then we ask for orders to be placed at least 6 weeks before the wedding date to allow for the additional postage time. A thank you card is one final reminder of your day and a great way to thank your friends & family for their presence & kind gifts. It is customary that they should be sent no later than 1 month after your wedding date. Please allow time for proofing (first drafts will be ready within 10 working days of your order being placed) and delivery, especially if you are ordering from outside of the UK.
